I work to help people live their best lives by enabling contexts for them to thrive at work - from the newest hire to the business leader - the whole team.

With 20 years experience working inside HR Teams, I stepped outside to pursue other ways to help shape a future where human potential is optimised to achieve the incredible. Since 2021, I've focused on doing just that as a Consultant & Coach, working with startups and scaling businesses to propel their growth.

As a kid, my entrepreneurial mindset and interest in people were very apparent - I ran various pretend businesses on the back verandah of our farmhouse and got my first proper job out of the paddocks at McDonald's. From there, I adventured as much as possible to explore the world, meet its people and grab opportunities to live in different cultures, from Finland to London, Melbourne and Sydney. My global network and anyone who knows me well would see my values playing out - curiosity, integrity and determination.

Launching into my HR Career while studying Business in Sydney, I continued to work across many industries and scales of business - from government to multinational corporates. I found my place in the startup-scaleup world, where I fell for the authenticity of leadership and culture and where there is no room to hide - everyone is on the hook to contribute.

Now, I collaborate with forward-thinking leaders who prioritise their teams and recognise the significance of a high-performing and inclusive culture for success. These leaders believe in their teams, view failures as opportunities for learning, and actively seek guidance to propel their businesses forward. From Executive Coaching to HR Consulting and facilitating behaviour-based workshops to strengthen teams, I feel very lucky to be able to do this work.

I dive deep into the performance and culture of companies and partner with leaders to tackle HR challenges.

My secret sauce is combining Consulting and Coaching. I’m not here just to give you the tools; I work to enable you to be the leaders you need to grow your business to success. And I want to partner with you for that long-term journey.
